The Whitewater Landing restaurant at WCC is open Wednesday through Friday this week, featuring baked ziti with a side salad and breadstick as the special. Seasonal favorites include a pear-apple salad with poppyseed dressing and Italian wedding soup with pasta, mini meatballs, and spinach. The Lunch Meal Menu also offers classics like cheeseburgers, fish sandwiches, tenderloins, and more.
